How can I be sure that AGM mobiles and smartphones are really waterproof and dust resistant?
All AGM mobiles and smartphones comply with the IP68 standard which ensures resistance to dust and liquids, for temporary or prolonged periods depending on the terminal and under normal use as recommended by the manufacturer. All of our models have undergone strenuous waterproof and resistance tests to comply with these standards as well as the MIL-STD-810G standard in the case of the A9 and X3 models. In addition we have also developed our own standard called OEPT (Outdoor Environments Performance Test) to further protect the devices.
Are your phones compatible with all networks?
Our phones are supplied SIM free (unlocked) and are compatible with all mobile operators networks.
Will my current SIM card work with AGM phones?
You can check if your SIM card is compatible with one of our mobiles or smartphones by referring to the device technical specifications. If your SIM is not compatible you may need to purchase a SIM card adapter or obtain a new SIM from your network provider.
How long is my phone guaranteed for?
All AGM devices are guaranteed for two years.

How long will it take for my device to be delivered from placing my order?
AGM aim for next day delivery for all UK orders placed before 1 PM. All UK destination orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48 hours. For orders placed for delivery to Europe, customers should allow 3-5 days from placement of order.
What are your delivery charges?
All deliveries to UK customers are free of charge. Customers ordering from Europe are charged a flat £15.00 delivery fee regardless of country of destination.
