For any purchases made on our website, you get 14 calendar days to return any items you're not quite sure about. This period starts from the day you receive your order. It's really easy and you'll need to provide the full details including the order number on the returns form provided to you on the order confirmation email. We suggest you keep these helpful tips in mind while returning your product:

  • The product(s) should be returned with all of the original packaging. The returned order(s) must be complete, including all original components such as manuals, warranty card, accessories, gifts, bundles and so on. If the returns package is not complete, it will result in a deduction or rejection of the refunded order. 
  • If the returned product shows signs of damage, it will not be processed for a refund. 
  • Please securely package the item with the return form provided to you on the order confirmation email and send via Royal Mail Signed-For 1st Class or an equivalent service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
  • Send off your return parcel to James and James Fulfillment Ltd. James House. Liliput Road. Brackmills Industrial Estate. Northampton. NN4 7DT. 

Faulty Goods 

If you think your product may be faulty, we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, please get in touch before returning your items first. You can do this by contacting us via support@agmmobile.co.uk

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase or we may not be able to provide a refund.

Note, for refunds relating to purchases made through a re seller, please refer to the original vendor

All AGM devices have a warranty period of 2 years during which repairs can take place.
